Joost wouters
Advisor
Joost began his career at P&G and later joined the Management Team at PepsiCo Benelux. He went on to establish a management consulting firm, advising global companies including Danone, Unilever, Heineken, and Reckitt Benckiser. He is now focused on implementing carbon-positive seaweed solutions with The Seaweed Company to enhance the health of people, animals, crops, and soils worldwide.
Dr. stefan Kraan
Advisor
Dr. Kraan is a Dutch marine biologist and entrepreneur with a Ph.D. from NUI Galway. He founded the Irish Seaweed Centre and later co-founded Ocean Harvest Technology and The Seaweed Company, focusing on seaweed-based solutions for aquaculture, food, and biofuels. He is currently Director and CSO of Oceana Organic Products Ltd. His expertise includes seaweed cultivation, sustainable resource use, and industrial applications in biotech and aquaculture

With 20+ years in sales, marketing, and leadership, Matthijs drives growth in the food industry. As CEO of Zeelandia Indonesia & Philippines and a board member in China, he leads strategy while co-founding Bagrotec and enhancing FMCG brands in Indonesia.
